- 25ml lemon juice
- 150ml soda water
- slice of lemon
- sprig of elderflower blossom(optional)

Method
step 1
Put lots of ice in a collins glass or another tall glass, then add the gin, elderflower cordial and lemon juice. Add the soda water, stir gently, then garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh elderflower, if you like.
